Rainstorm Car Wash

I have a membership for some reason. Can go through whenever I need really. Problem is the vacuum either works, doesn't work, or barely works. Not to mention they basically break in two every time you try to use them. They also have signs that say "no loud music" while there's almost always someone with their stereo on full blast. Annoying at best. Definitely looking into other washes.

My wipers would normally fly up from getting dried with the blower but this time it completely broke off my wiper. This is ridiculous, as a member there should be a way to report this kind of things. I’ve never had a car wash do this before and i’ve noticed it’s just this location that I always have problems with.

As we pulled in we realized they were only using 2 lines. One fast pass and one credit line. Both were moving fine and the when we were 2 cars away our line stopped. The center lane was opened but we were not allowed to go around the vehicle with issues. It seems the wash would be great but, you drive directly into muck as you exit.

Had the worst experience today, guy infront of me couldn't get his suv to switch from neutral to drive which caused me to stay on the dryers for too long, the dryers force made my 3rd breaklight to break off my truck and was told carwash isn't responsible for anything, so know if for any reason you're stuck on the dryers and your car gets damaged they will tell you you're responsible for it.

I was traveling through town and decided I needed to wash my car. After coming here I would hesitate to call this place a ‘car wash’. My car was basically just dusty from a few gravel roads, and it had some bugs on the front end. The attached pictures show how my car looked after it was finished. The bugs weren’t touched, the car still had dirt all over it, and the windows had a nasty grime on them. I actually had to go to a gas station to clean the front window after this car wash because it was so bad. Unfortunately I had already left the area when I discovered it wasn’t even close to being acceptable. Their free vacuums weren’t any better. The one I used had the sucking power of a battery operated vacuum that was just about dead. It could even pick up grass that was laying on plastic trim pieces, let alone the dirt that was on my mat. This is just a pretty poor place all the way around, or at least it was the morning I was there.
